We are based in Glasgow, Scotland. Our balloon deliveries and artists are available within 10 miles of Glasgow. See all our delivery information here. For larger bookings, events and packages we are able to travel further afield, please fill in our booking form with as much information as you can and we will contact you as soon as possible.

At the moment we are not wokring from a retail location but from a workshop that is not open to the public. Make sure you have an appointment for your collection and let us know once you arrive. There is plenty of free parking while you wait for your order to be brought to the car.

It’s easy, just select the balloon arrangement you would like from our shop, pick a date for delivery, add any customisation and additional information, fill out the delivery address and pay at checkout.

Yes, smaller designs are available for posting nationwide. Please get in touch to organise this.

We only allow bookings up to 180 days in advance, booking slots are filled on a first come first served basis and we sell out often so we recommend booking 40-50 days in advance of your events to be safe.

In the rare event that we are able to accomodate a same day order we charge 10% extra of the total cost as a stress tax 🙂

When ordering through the website, payment for your order will be taken at checkout. We take Visa, debit & mastercard.

For artist bookings payment is usually done by bank tranfser, card or cash (by arrangement only).

Your booking will not be finalised untill full payment is recieved.

Yes you can! Just select the clear pay option at checkout and your total cost will be split into 4 payments of 25% every 2 weeks.

Delivery cost depends on the distance needed to travel. When ordering through the website, delivery will be calculated at checkout.

The first step when buying a balloon is to select a date from the calendar, this will be the delivery date, this is confirmed again for each product. If the delivery dates you have selected do not match up we cannot be held responsible for the confusion.

During checkout you will be given the opportunity to add any additional information, this is where you can leave any special delivery instructions (e.g. times someone will be available or a safe place to leave your order if no one is available)

Yes, just create a free account here and get 250 free reward points straight away! These points can be used for discounts on 250 = £2.50 off your order!

Every £1 you spend on the website is also worth 5 points.

Yes, when ordering through the website you will be given the option of collection or delivery. Collection is available from 12pm-6pm Wednesdays to Sundays. The full address is 60 Brook street studios, G40 2AB Press the buzzer for Rainbow Twisters (If the shutter in down just call 07412367067) and someone will bring your order out

Please note: some balloon displays are 1.8m tall so please make sure your vehicle is big enough to transport your order before selecting the collection option. Rainbow Twisters are not liable or responsible for the transport of orders for collection.

If you selected collection on check out then you are able to collect between 12-6pm on the day you selected. Please make sure you make an appointment by letting us know in the extra information what time you will be collecting or by emailing us at or replying to your confirmed booking email.

You are welcome to customise and personalise your order wherever the feature is available in our shop, as well as feel welcome to leave any notes if you have any particular requests. We will always use our extensive experience and best judgement on deciding the size, placement and arrangement of your balloon art. Rainbow Twisters reserves the right for the creative license over all it’s products. No discounts or refunds are available for the finished product differing slightly from the picture shown.

If you need to make any changes to your order you need to give us at least 3 days notice and there may be an amendment charge.

Absolutely, just give us as much notice as possible and send us an email with your name and order details so we can change the address. Any extra travel charges will need to be paid before delivery. Also please note, once the item is out for delivery, any changes to the address may incur a 24-hour delay as it may not be possible on that run at short notice.

Our morning delivery slots are between 10am and 12pm and our evening delivery slots are between 5pm and 9pm. If you have a preference please let us know in the extra information when you book. Alternatively feel free to email us or reply to your booking email if you are not going to be available for delivery at either of those times. We will try and give you a more accurate time before it goes out for delivery.

If no one is in to receive the order we will try and leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour as per the delivery instructions. If no instructions were given we will attempt to call you. If we are unable to reach you we will take your order back to the workshop and you can arrange collection or pay extra for another delivery attempt.

We only use the best quality materials we can get, we expect them to last 3-5 days indoors (provided they don’t get accidentally popped) but some of our air filled designs have been known to last months!

Balloons will probably not last 24 hours outdoors.

Latex Balloons are made from natural rubber and are biodegradable. These will fully degrade if put in general waste.

Foil/mylar balloons are not boidegradable but can be recycled.

Structures/Equipment used in larger balloon displays e.g. columns, arches etc. are designed to be reused. Collection of this equipment will be organised through the admin team after an order containing said equipment is made

We are not able to accept returns of personalised or inflated orders due to the perishable nature and being individually created for the customer (therefore cannot be resold or reused). If your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights.

If orders are cancelled 30 days or more before the pick-up/delivery date,  store credit in the amount of the order will be given.

Orders cancelled with less than 30 days until the pick-up/delivery date are not eligible for a refund.

When orders are placed through the website, a pick-up/delivery slot is reserved and the materials and supplies for the job are purchased.

If orders are cancelled 30 days or more before the pick-up/delivery date,  store credit in the amount of the order will be given.

Orders cancelled with less than 30 days until the pick-up/delivery date are not eligible for a refund.

Some products we sell (e.g. arches) use equipment we re-use so these would require a takedown (included in the price). If you think you might require a takedown service, please let us know at checkout.

Fill in the booking form with as much information as possible to get a quote and someone will get back to you to confirm your booking.

We do not condone balloon releases and do not sell balloons for release. This is the same as littering which can be harmful to wildlife. Please make sure you always bin or recycle your balloons when you’re finished with them to avoid littering or polluting the

We have a few chosen charities that we donate to and fundraise for so unfortunately we are not taking new charitable requests at the moment.

Due to data protection we are only able to discuss the details of the order with the billable customer. Any questions regarding an order
must be made through the billable customer.
